Waiver of claims: By selecting "Yes," I, the parent/guardian of the student named above “I hereby release any claim I might have against Leander Independent School District, or any of its agents, which might arise from an injury or other damage my child may incur while on the property of LISD or while participating in any activity sponsored by LISD. Middle School Cheer Clinic is sponsored by VHS Cheer Booster Club and is not part of VHS or LISD.

By selecting "Yes," I, the parent/guardian of the student named above, agree to grant Vandegrift Cheer Booster Club permission to use photographs from the 2026 Viper Cheer Middle School Cheer Clinic for distribution to other cheer camp participants, publicity in community newspapers, and advertising for future cheer camps and web content.

By typing my name above, I affirm that I have read all of the above information and agree to comply with the guidelines therein and allow my daughter to participate in Lil' Viper Cheer Camp.
