NCA Competition Jan 20-22: High School Nationals (Dallas)

NCA Competition Jan 20-22:

Venue: Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center

Competition: The team will compete in the Coed Division and since this is our first year competing at this competition we will have more information as it gets closer to the event but our understanding is that the team would travel up together as a team on Jan. 20th, stay the night at the hotel together as a team, and then compete on Jan. 21st and again on Jan 22nd.They would then be released to parents and will not return together to VHS after the event.  All up to date information can be found on the NCA website at https://www.varsity.com/nca/school/competitions/high-school-nationals/

Hotel: The athletes and Coaches have already been booked at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Downtown - 555 Evergreen Street, Dallas TX 75201.  They will all be staying together, 3-4 to a room, and they will receive their room assignments from Coach before they get ready to leave for Dallas.

Transportation: The athletes and Coaches will be transported via Charter bus to the competition in Dallas.  Athletes will NOT be transported back to VHS after the competition so be sure that your athlete has arranged for transportation ahead of time to return to Austin.

Parents, Family, and Friends: All are invited to attend but if staying in Dallas for this event, you may book any hotel near the convention center. There will be tickets sold to get into the event and will will send out more information as it gets closer.
